I was the girl that everyone seemed to see through a glass window. Every person I would come across would think 'Something isn't quite right with her', yet they couldn't quite put their finger on what it was. They would smile politely and begin slowly retreating away.
For the most part, I wasn't 'friend' material, I wasn't 'girlfriend' material. I was a strange and kooky neurodiverse girl, living in an unforgiving neurotypical world. If I had known what I know now, that I have ADHD and Autism, I would have advocated for myself better. But I didn't. I was just an alien, or so I thought.
Knowledge IS power, and it has been the key to my happiness and success.
Let me help you to find your inner truths. The Real You. Not an alien, but a SUPER-HUMAN.
When you commit to getting to know yourself and embracing who you are, ADHD and ASD included, you commit to improving nearly every area of your life. You learn how you tick and who you are. You learn how to set boundaries, advocate for yourself, and interact with others without the glass wall. You learn how to love yourself. This is just scratching the surface of what we can achieve as partners.
The first step is often the hardest. It's time to start making those changes. Let's start with changing your self-perception, and increasing your self-awareness and understanding. You won't find better value for money with any other ADHD and ASD coach on the market! If you do, please contact me and I will beat their prices by 5%!
"It has been amazing to work with Katie. Not only is she a delight but she has helped our daughter so much to understand and manage her ADHD. She has given her a fabulous bunch of tools to work with in her daily life. Cannot recommend The Very Versatile Lemon enough."
"After trying many (Nero-typical) psychologists without any success. Katie was the first asd support professional that my daughter has opened up to and engaged with. They formed a trusting bond very quickly and my daughter loves her sessions with Katie. So happy we found your service,"
"Katie's lived experience has enabled her to form a connection with my daughter from the very first meeting. She is quickly able to identify when strategies will or won't work for my daughter. We are so happy with the progress that has been made and my daughter looks forward to every appointment. Highly recommend!!"
"Understood ADHD, my struggles, and what strategies I would benefit from moving forward. Very insightful and great at helping me explore my ADHD further. Asks great questions to help me reflect. I am very happy with what we cover during sessions and I can't think of anything the coach could improve on."
