To maintain the integrity and effectiveness of our specialised coaching programs, all fees paid for coaching packages and individual sessions are non-refundable.

We offer flexible rescheduling options for sessions. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change your appointment. Sessions missed without prior notice will be counted as completed. Unused sessions within a purchased package will remain active for 12 months from the date of purchase.
